WE DO NOT SELL, RENT OR OTHERWISE PROVIDE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT TO ANY OF OUR ADVERTISERS, SPONSORS OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES.

This is because many people who sign up as members of an organization including GFSR do not want their personal information sent out to others. Increasingly, governments are enacting tough laws in and around the sharing of personal information where a person has conducted activities through an online source. We value our members’ privacy and we will not share any personal information of our members who click on a link embedded within an email or other digital communication we send to our members (who have opted in to receive such communications) which brings to their attention products or services offered by our third party advertisers or sponsors. The derived benefit of these third party emails or other digital communications is one of brand awareness when sent to a targeted, opted in audience. A reasonable expectation by our advertisers and sponsors is that through awareness their product or service will resonate in the mind of our members who may be seeking solutions to their most pressing food safety issues. Of course, we do not guarantee any result from these products or services.

However, whether you are a member or visitor, if you download a white paper published on our site or sign up for a webinar or other interactive program, your personal information will be shared with that sponsor. We contractually require sponsors to disclose their privacy policies on their websites so that you can review the same before deciding to download a white paper or participate in an interactive program.

From time to time, we may also disclose personal information to fulfill certain legal and regulatory requirements or if necessary to enforce our Terms of Use or protect others’ rights or to prevent harm.
